On June 1st, we will be opening our doors for patients and their humans that have scheduled appointments with Doctors. Here's what you can expect:
Patients with doctor appointments may now enter the building with up to 2 human companions. All humans will be required to wear a mask that covers their nose and mouth.
If you choose to join your pet, please bring your pet into the lobby (wearing your mask) and a staff member will guide you into an exam room (the lobby itself will remain closed) once you have been checked in.
When the appointment is complete, you will check out at the front desk. We ask for you to please maintain safe social distancing from other clients while checking out.
Please note: Medication, tech appointments, and drop offs will remain curbside. Please call when you arrive to check-in for any of those services. For those with pet appointments who are not comfortable entering the hospital, we will provide full curbside service. It is our goal to keep everyone safe. If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 or have a fever, please do not enter the building. We kindly request that you have a guardian come in your place or reschedule your appointment.
