Shawn Callahan, CVPM
I was born and raised in Pinellas County, where I live with my husband, son and our six pets. My career in Veterinary Medicine began in 1987 and has included experience in veterinary colleges and private practice hospitals. My special interests include practice management and fostering the human-animal bond. I am currently the Animal Hospital of Dunedin’s Practice Manager and look forward to meeting with all of our wonderful clients and their pets!

 Elizabeth - Pharmacy Manager
I have lived in Florida since the age of 5 and have had animals all of my life. I currently have a 10-year old cat, named “Shay”, and a 4yr old Shih-Tz, named “Cleo”. I’ve worked here at the Animal Hospital of Dunedin since June of 2003 and have served in many different departments. I now work full-time as a Pharmacy Technician, and I am the Manager of that department. *

I have been working at The Animal Hospital of Dunedin since February of 2006. I have 3 amazing dogs named Jazz, Diesol, and Peanuts. They collectively rock my socks. Currently, I am attending SPC to obtain an A.S. in Radiology & plan on transferring to UCF in order to obtain my B.S. in Radiology. Mostly, what I love about my job is the people I work with. I work in a very positive environment with people who truly care about animals & their owners.

I have lived in Florida since 2000. Originally, I am from New York where I attended S.U.N.Y. of Farmingdale. There, I received a degree in Veterinary Science. I have been working as a Veterinary Technician for 20 years and acquired many pets during that time. Currently, I have 3 dogs and 1 cat. I have been at the Animal Hospital of Dunedin since 2002 and recently earned the position of Head Technician and am the manager of a group of 6 great technicians and assistants. I have always enjoyed working with animals and love to be part of healing them when they become ill, as well as keeping them healthy. * | |

I moved to Florida in 2004 from Colorado. I worked as a Certified Veterinary Technician for 5 years before joining the team at the Animal Hospital of Dunedin. I, recently, rescued a dog who I lovingly call Sawyer The Destroyer. |

Kelly T.
I was born in England, but I moved to Florida in 1993. I love animals and have a dog named Apollo, 2 cats named Caesar & Pokie, and a horse named Baby. I have been working with animals since 2006 and have loved it ever since. I just started here at Animal Hospital of Dunedin in June of 2010, and I enjoy it very much. I am a Veterinary assistant, but I will be attending school this fall at SPC to become a CVT.

I have lived in Florida most of my life and was also born here. I started working with animals after graduating High School in late 2007 and have been working with and helping animals ever since. I have one "pup", named Makimo. He's a Shepard/Retriever mix and is also my little baby boy. I hope to be able to meet all of you and your little ones, as well.

I have been a Florida resident for over 17 years now. I love Florida's hot weather & going to the beach, especially with Luke and Levi, my two dogs. I have been a Vet Tech for over 10 years and have a passion for caring & helping animals. I'm currently enrolled in classes at SPC and plan to care for animals in the future as a veterinarian."

My husband and I have lived in Florida since 1992, and we share our home with our daughter, 2 Rottweilers and 2 small Chihuahuas. I have worked in the Veterinary field since 1987 and have established myself as a Veterinary Technician, groomer, wildlife rehabilitator, and obedience trainer. After 15 years of service at the Animal Hospital of Dunedin, I still find great joy in helping our clients and their pets. Now, it is my job to keep owners connected to the doctors, so we can continue quality care even after you've gone home.

Colleen - Kennel Manager
I was born in Philadelphia and have lived the majority of my life in Pinellas County. I have worked with animals all my life; from horses, reptiles, and birds to dogs & cats. I live for the joy I receive caring for animals, sick or healthy. I share my home with my 3 Chihuahuas "Neo", "Luna", and "Tekno", a black Lab "Duke", and 2 cats "Athena" and "Nala". In my spare time, I help foster/rescue originations with Basic Obedience to help prepare dogs for life with their forever families. I also enjoy painting, jewelry making, and reading. I am looking forward to meeting all of you and your special four-legged family members. I promise to treat each of them as my own; with respect, love, and affection. | |

I have lived in Clearwater, Fl all my life. I have wanted to work with animals since I was a little girl and now I get to do that as a Kennel Technician. life. I love the sun & beaches Florida has to offer. I have worked
in pet retail and around pets for the past 4 years, so I have a
definite love for all types of pets & creatures. I have my own
collection of pets including 4 dogs, Abby, Bella, Dakota &
Guinevere, a cat, 2 snakes with a pond & fish tank. I am excited to
meet all of your babies & care for them as I would for my own! .

 My husband and I moved to Florida in 2008 from Virginia Beach, Va. We are very much enjoying all that Florida has to offer. Our favorite past time is taking our 3 dogs Gwen (lab mix), Sophie (cocapoo), and Winston (mini schnauzer) to the beach at Honeymoon Island. After working 2 years in the veterinary field, I feel that I've found a home with the Animal Hospital of Dunedin.

I was born and have lived in Florida all my life. I have always been an animal lover and will enjoy helping take care of your pets. I have worked in both a pet resort and animal hospital & have experience in grooming and caring for boarded pets. In the future, I look forward to adopting retired, racing Greyhounds and giving them a caring, relaxing home. I currently go to the University of South Florida, and my major is Elementary Education. I moved here with my family from N.Y. when I was about 7 years old. I have 3 dogs. I also have a younger brother in the Marine Corps that I am very proud of. In June of 2009, I finished school to be an x-ray technician, but I chose to stay here at the Animal Hospital of Dunedin, because they are such a caring staff.

In my free time, I am a beach bum & I love hanging poolside! I have one awesome cat named Larry. I order all of the prescription diets, here, so let me know if you need anything. I am a Dunedin native and have loved animals all my life. Ever since I can remember, I have wanted to work with animals and found the perfect opportunity in 1997 at the Animal Hospital of Dunedin. I have worked in other fields but have always found my way back to the animal hospital. I currently live in Dunedin with my four cats Sunshine, Kumquat, Tucker, and Parker and a feisty little Chihuahua named Lola (all of which I adopted from the animal hospital).
